Tena was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she raised her two sons. She has traveled and lived in several other states from one coast to the other, landed in Colorado with her youngest son in 1995, and worked doing nails.
Tena met her husband, Craig, of 22 years, in Colorado Springs. They soon moved to Northern Colorado, where she returned to school to get her license for Cosmetology and Esthetician. She has owned several beauty salons and has been in the Customer Service field for over 35 years.
Tena and Craig retired and sold their home in 2019 and, with their two greyhounds, became Full-Time RVers traveling from one campground to another, selling advertisements to businesses in the area. They worked doing this for five years for a company called AGS (America Guide Service). Then two years ago, they visited RGV as Winter Texans and decided to stay here permanently and are now living in Victoria Palms Resort.
Tena has her license from the Texas Department of Manufactured Housing and has been working for Winter Texan Home Sale 2 for over 1 year. She has become very knowledgeable and dedicated to her success…. “MY PRIORITY IS SIMPLE…IT’S YOU!”
